This Privacy Policy describes how TeloYouth ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information across this website — including the GlowUp 30 Challenge, the challenge entry form, and our recruitment pages — and when you contact us in response to them.

1. Information we collect

When you visit this site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

Standard server log data (IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps)
Anonymous analytics and ad-performance data via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Ads conversion tracking

If you enter the GlowUp 30 Challenge, we collect the information you submit through the entry form:

Your photographs ("before" and "after" images you upload)
Your full name, age, and the city you live in
Your email address and/or telephone number
Any optional comments you choose to share
The IP address the entry was submitted from, for fraud prevention

If you email us, we may collect any information you voluntarily provide, including your name and contact details.

2. How we use information

To administer the GlowUp 30 Challenge, judge entries, and contact winners
To use challenge photographs in TeloYouth marketing, where you have granted permission through the photo release
To respond to your inquiry about our products or the independent sales rep program
To measure the effectiveness of our advertising
To comply with legal obligations

2a. How we handle challenge photographs

We take entrant photographs seriously. Specifically:

Uploaded photographs are stored on private, access-controlled storage. They are not published at a public web address and cannot be browsed or guessed by visitors.
Access is limited to TeloYouth staff administering the Challenge — and, while an entry is still waiting for its after photo, to anyone who enters that entry's phone number on the entry form. That is how you find your entry again: you will see your before photo, can replace it, and can add your after photo. The photo is shown through a private link that expires after 45 minutes. Please use a mobile number that only you control.
If you replace a photograph, we keep the original with your entry.
We do not use facial recognition, faceprints, or any other biometric identification technology on your photographs, and we do not sell them.
Photographs are used publicly only as described in the photo release in our Official Rules — that is, in TeloYouth marketing, alongside your first name.
You may withdraw your entry and request deletion of your photographs at any time by emailing support@teloyouth.com.
Entries that are not selected as winners are retained for up to twelve (12) months after the Challenge ends, then deleted.

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: (a) service providers who help us operate this page or run our advertising (such as hosting providers, analytics platforms, and ad networks); and (b) authorities or other parties when required by law.

4. Cookies and tracking

This page may use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Ads conversion tracking, to measure ad performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect functionality.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address below.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

7. Children

This site is not directed to individuals under 18. Challenge entry is limited to applicants aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
